US delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 have a flat $22 delivery charge. We deliver to every state in the USA, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Dispatch and timings
Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing. Most orders then arrive within 5 to 7 days using a tracked carrier. Deliveries to remote areas can take a few days longer. If we cannot ship within that time we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
Damaged in transit
If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the same day. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
